I Keep a Gratitude Journal

I am writing to remind myself to focus on my work, do useful things to improve my ability and work performance. It s hard to bear the indifference of the colleagues here, but they are pretty much irrelevant.

There s an ex-colleague I recall who did very well at minding her own business only and excelled at her work. She s a very good role model for me now.

You yourself and only YOU will succeed there but much will be sacrificed.

Its the NWO way. Most people consider this the apex of all virtue.
If I were you though I would make myself look as good as possible and then get the hell out while I still had a good ref guaranteed

@Whiterosesociety I have worked in several other companies before. The grass is not greener elsewhere. Thanks for your suggestion though, it s good to do so, maybe one day a good reference is needed, maybe I will change jobs one day, you never know.
@Sssslm I have had over 300 jobs in my life so far and today the average is about 15

Hope you are ready when you need to be.
