Balance is good. Extremes are always bad. 🤷🏻♂
Too much or too little water will kill you either way. And that's literally with everything.
Asphyxiation is just as bad as hyperventilating.
There's a balance to even everything in nature.
There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, as well as too much of a bad thing.
It's the "Too much" that makes it bad.

That sounds exhausting. I'm a human not a robot, I experience all of these human emotions.

@Magenta she’s talking about the emotions you outwardly project . It matters.

I completely agree. Being positive and doing more of what makes you happy is the key to a long life

I'm sure it's not your meaning, but I do want to say no one can be positive all the time my husband died I am not very positive about it.
Bad things happen to people it's okay to mourn it's okay to be sad.
Trying to be positive all the time for someone who is a depressant is a lot of pressure and it leads to a lot of defeat and a cycle of deepening depression.
If you can be positive more than you can be negative that is a good thing.
I hope we can be compassionate and empathetic to those who have had real trauma and are not prepared to fake it anymore because of the distress it brings to them.

@Justmeraeagain Exactly. 🩷

I have days when being "positive" is almost impossible
idk about "ALL" the time, But i can agree that trying to have a more positive outlook in life DOES help. We attract what we put out a lot of the time. People don't want to come near someone who has "Murderface" all the time. except maybe me bc i'm weird.. but still😒

Of as Shakespeare said, nothing is either good or bad, thinking only makes it so
SleepingWithGhosts · 46-50, M
Pretty sure it's humanly impossible to be positive all them time. As humans, we go through a spectrum of emotions on a daily basis, so I don't think it's possible.
GoFish ·
one can't be positive all the time because life isn't like that there are times for sadness and disapproval as well .. but it's good to lean towards positive aspects.. it's just not always possible or advisable in every situation
