Former co-worker just won an Emmy. Can you be happy for someone else?

I can. This guy has worked his butt off for years, had bit parts on TV shows, etc. I think it's great. And even though I have literally put shows on the air for almost forty years, my name has never appeared in credits. TV is nothing if not a political landscape, and to see people who have little or nothing to do with the operation recognized for no reason, it's frustrating.

Still, though, it's nice to know people who have been recognized. And I have held a real Emmy in my hand(they're heavy AF), so I'm OK with it.

I can be happy for people. How about you?

Great point !! If someone from a show wins an award. EVERYONE involved in the show should get the same award to place on their shelf !!
