I not sure if I can help anyone...

@Unlearn Surely you do, just existing the ripples you create pull others towards your paradigm. You are a very self-aware person, your existence is vital to others.

@MySpiritEvolves I've tried to help few people by offering to show them how to be calm and deal with their issues. It doesn't work that way. I later realised it's their journey and they will evolve at their own pace or whenever they're ready. I know there was a time no one could have influenced me. But then there are few who only need to be pointed in the right direction and they catch on fast...

@Unlearn Very true.... I remember the useless parts of myself were shattered. I used to dwell on things a lot. Some random person I can't remember said to me once "you obsess a lot". I was offended, angry, then a split second later I realized they were right.

I changed my whole life approach at that point. I was always trying, always working towards bettering myself, never saw myself from that perspective.

I wish I could thank them. It shook me to my core. Sometimes a "rude" observation does things like that I guess.

@MySpiritEvolves being incessantly obsessed is like leaving a tap on in the house. It drains our energy...

@Unlearn Absolutely. It wasn't easy at all, but I am really happy I learned that about myself. I used to write it off as driven and stubborn. But a simple observation highlighting hypocrisy within myself was enough to shatter a mountain of negativity I didn't need.

They weren't trying to do anything but express what they saw, they were the perfect mirror I needed. It was really a beautiful moment when I look back.

@MySpiritEvolves yeah it's beautiful when you catch yourself making mistakes. I remember I used to have series of such moments whenever I used to be alone. I would start smiling at my mind trying to trick me back into several things. A person who has enough awareness can make a mile from an inch. Then there are those who make nothing from miles... 😊
