A message for Turbo Tax.

Look Dudes I live on Social Security and a small pension.

For the past two years I've qualified to file my federal and state for free through you.

Why the hell do you want me to keep talking to a tax expert to increase my refund?

I have no taxable income morons.
Are you trying to convince me to participate in some illegal tax scheme?

Why are you even on TurboTax then? You are right social security you don't have to report let alone pay taxes on. Just like disability.

@KingofBones1 You know I file because of my small pension income but now you got me thinking to check on the additional income amount where filing is not required at all.
Either way I'm not hurt filing because it doesn't cost me anything other than the time doing it.

@Gibbon there's no penalty for not filing under a certain amount. You are correct and also if you don't pay taxes under a certain amount the IRS just writes it off. Anything over five grand or so they will come after you but below that it's not even worth the bureaucratic manpower
