This is what our taxes pay for

I'm sitting at the nearby park and I was charging my vehicle battery and this one gentleman was talking to a young girl that was there next thing you know she's dialing 911.

I didn't realize it until the fire truck showed up with the paramedics and the ambulance showed up with the EMTs so they bundled him off and off to the hospital I hope he survives and recovers.

But this is what our taxes pay for it doesn't matter if they can repay the cost but what price is a human life?

An old man in the park would never be able to pay off any substantial hospital bill. He will be harrassed for the money for the rest of his life. The Republicans don't want Old People, Poor People to have access to healthcare.

@Pitchblue I was similar to him back in 2010 called for an ambulance was taken to a hospital total bill of the ambulance was $4,500 hospital bill $42,000 I showed them my tax return the bill was zeroed out.

Actually our taxes do pay for the fire service the AMR yeah that's private but they do a lot of free stuff too.
@Disgustedman I went to the hospital in an ambulance and a few months later collection agencies were calling.

@Diotrephes Low income, no healthcare for you! Why do you think the Republicans are teaching their base that inclusivity is a bad thing?

All social issues in America have racist roots. The racists don't give a damn if their actions harm poor Whites, they just don't want a penny to go to Black people.

A typical example =
