Votes are meant to be confidential, however political party affiliation is not, so we could effectively block GOP supporters from college to get them out of the way, or get them expelled. Their party might even support this since they are totally against education, making everyone happy.

Yes they are, however the mess we have now in the USA has made that not the case, as the GOP and their shady auditors have been given access to voter's personal information and ballots. @OogieBoogie
