Has anything really relevant for mankind been discovered in the last years? I do not think so. And I think it happens because it is not profitable any longer.

Big money does not go to real economy any more. Big business is not there. Big business is in financial speculation, in managing people's perceptions and opinions through media and entertanment, in big data trafficking of personal information. These are good times to sell smoke.
