As somebody once said "the problem with socialism is you'll always run out of other people's money"

@JonUK31 That's not how the economy works. When we tax the rich, they don't run out of money. They continue making money through the corporations they own.

@BohemianBabe They may not run out of money but they're highly likely to leave the country - then we lose all their tax revenue.
As a basic principle why would you expect the rich to pay for your lunch rather than paying for your own lunch? That's the basic issue with socialism - in this world you eat what you kill.

They won't. This is a talking-point that the rich have been using for decades upon decades. They never actually leave. Notice how the countries with the highest tax rates for the rich are doing better than America. The Nordic countries becoming welfare states hasn't resulted in an exodus of business-owners, probably because they know that people in other countries would have less disposable income to spend on their products. Plus, there's less crime in welfare states, and an overall higher living standard. The rich aren't going to leave a first world country to live in the Global South.
I don't. That's why we force them through taxation.
