@MasterLee Why? We work our entire lives, and pay into social security, so no, that isn't a government handout. That is a return on our investments. Anyone who thinks differently has been misled.

@MasterLee Are you sure? I've never heard of that happening. When you put money into a 401k it isn't taxed until you take it out.
If you are taking part of your paycheck, and putting it into a savings account, then yes it is taxed before you get your check.
