why ask such a question??they would manage the same as living anywhere else, like about a few miles away from anything needed, why say guys?? dumb question

@idontcareok It can never be the same as living in a city center. It is not a dumb question. Many people who live with fellow human beings all the time would wonder how these individuals survive and be curious.
I believe people who live far away from civilization often face difficulties in obtaining instant medical assistance or any other physical help.
