I think it's fair to say that he misspoke. If he'd have said the magazine then that would have made sense. US Presidents making verbal fuck ups is nothing new really.

@BizSuitStacy Donald Trump and George W Bush were equally renowned for saying things which made no sense at all. Maybe it's the pressure of the office or maybe, in the cases of Trump and Biden, putting really old people into the presidency isn't a great idea 🤔.
