Liberals want gun control and getting rid of the second amendment

Even though the shooter was a transgender!

@BizSuitStacy Considering how many people die with guns every year in comparisson to other countries... makes this entire meme look pretty stupid.
@Kwek00 Except that it's true and makes complete sense...rendering your comment really stupid.

@BizSuitStacy Considering the amount of gun deaths every year... if you think that is "protection", well... I suggest you and your fellow tribalists stop trying to protect people. You suck at it.
@Kwek00 Considering the number of defensive gun uses dwarfs the number of firearm homicides, your logic sucks

@BizSuitStacy Well considering that the states with the least lenient gun laws rank pretty high on the list with gun deaths. You would expect that the chance of a perp meeting someone that can use a gun in a defensive way is higher. I guess those people could be better off with a less hollywood-action-movie-mindset.
@Kwek00 I love all of bullshit talking points you leftists throw out there.

California has some of the toughest gun laws in the country, the most firearm homicides by state, and 2nd most firearm homicides per capita.

But it gets better...Washington DC isn't a state, but let's pretend it's the 51st state.
It has the most draconian gun laws in the country by far, the least number of firearms owned per capita (about 3%) yet a much higher firearm homicide rate than any of the other 50 states. 16 times higher than the national average.

Wyoming and Vermont are comparable in total population. Note: one is a red state and one is a blue state. Both have among the most lenient gun laws in the country. Firearm ownership rate per capita in excess of 50%, yet have the lowest firearm homicide rates in the nation.

Ooohh...those darn facts get in the way of a good left-wing lie, don't they?
@BizSuitStacy thanks for the chuckle, your reply mentiined used dwarfs, not sure what used dwarves have to do with gun controll issues but it made me laugh and that shoukd keep me from wanting to shoot anyone for a while, perhaps humor is the solution🙌
@pentagrammom thanks for pointing out my typo.

@BizSuitStacy Where do you get your stats?

Because from what I can see, California doesn't have the strictest gunlaws, neither does it come up with tmost firearm homicide by state.

https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/strictest-gun-laws-by-state

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/homicide_mortality/homicide.htm

https://www.criminalattorneycincinnati.com/comparing-gun-control-measures-to-gun-related-homicides-by-state/

Even then... if you live in a country that has several states with diffrent gun laws. And there are no custommers offices between states, then guns just flow from one state to another. That's the same discussion that we have with the Netherlands when it comes to their mariuhana policy, considering that they are in Shengen.

However, if we are going to compare countries with eachother... Something you guys seem to be reluctant to do... Then you have to compare yourself with Urugay and Guyana to feel good about yourself. Even Panama and Iraq can pat themselves on the back 'cause they are doing better then the US.
@BizSuitStacy thanks for the laugh, happy was tge dwarf my brain decided to use 😌😌

Then maybe you should get your eyes checked. Because when I clicked on the link you provided. Look at what comes up as no. 1 strictest with gun laws? Whoops.

And I see you're pulling the classic leftist maneuver using the debunked CDC for crime data. Ever wonder why a public health agency is tracking crime?
Ever wonder why the number of firearm homicides reported by the CDC is always 25%-40% higher than that of the FBI? That is the US federal law enforcement agency...the one with actual quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure accuracy. While the clowns at the CDC "count death certificates." Go ahead and see the number of firearm homicides per state. Plug in their relative populations, and get your firearm homicides per capita. I did that 20+ years ago. The relative numbers don't change much. Now, if gun control laws by state effectively reduce firearm violence, we should see a strong correlation between stronger laws and lower homicides per capita. Except we don't. The data is all over the board. There is no correlation. And then once you understand that 90% of all firearm homicides are committed by felons - people for whom it's already illegal to have a gun in their possession, you realize there is no common sense in common sense gun laws.
