I Think That When Guns Are Outlawed Only Outlaws Will Have Gun [Pro Gun]

Taking the guns of innocent people won't create less crime; it will just damage a industry and strip people of a way to protect their home.

A criminal will find a way to get a weapon.

As long as the person is sane of mind and cares/stores for their weapon properly; I don't see the problem.

There are laws for everything except gun laws, in this country. Yes, people are still going to buy guns illegally. As they do in any country. But the difference would be the number of mass shootings will go down. Like other countries. Nobody is saying to take away ALL guns. Nobody is saying to take them from innocent people. What we are saying is make those laws for those that shouldn’t be carrying in the first place.

But none could have prevented the legal purchase of a firearm ... while it doesn’t advance the liberal anti Gun agenda... the FBI admitted dropped the ball on this one . With that being said, in this country, when it comes to control, there’s always a compromise. Or meeting half way. But when it comes to gun control, it’s either or. Nothing is half way. And I’m talking about from both sides here.

I also feel that they shouldn’t be selling to somebody with severe mental illness. I’m saying severe because according to the DSM, we are all mentally ill. I am talking about assessments, and background checks, which is what others, even LO have been saying all along.

It’s not going to stop people from getting guns illegally. But the number of mass shootings can decrease. Obviously doing the same stuff over and over is not making it go away. I honestly don’t all guns taken away. Just the wrong people don’t need to carry them.

I think you are talking about laws that control the sale and use of guns.

@acpguy I am talking about responsible and careful people, being able to register and purchase guns.

To safely use and store away their guns.

That don’t have severe mental illness, including the stop of treatment on their own. And don’t need to be monitored.

I am talking about those that have a good clean background. That aren’t a threat.
