Video games, Antidepressants, Cannabis - Anything but Guns

The gun lobby has taken to blaming America's huge rate of gun deaths on anything but guns. The favorite recent culprits are video games, antidepressants and cannabis use.

if we look at the countries with the highest use;

Video games - Japan
Antidepressants - Iceland
Cannabis - Israel

These countries have very low rates of gun violence. Why? Because they have strong gun control laws!
IT'S THE GUNS! It's the easy availability of guns in America that is responsible for our huge rate of gun death!

Gun control laws do not mean banning gun ownership. Gun safety laws are screening procedures to prevent unfit, dangerous people from getting access to dangerous weapons. It's a no-brainer.
