But strikes down gun control legislation in individual states.

It appears to want to ensure there’s a good chance that children will continue to be massacred in schools.

Right?

@Human1000 To be fair, the Supreme Court doesn't have the authority to ban abortion nationwide. But you're right, if a national ban is imposed, suddenly "states' rights" won't apply.
