13 school shooting since 1966, not 27 this year.

@redredred no. There was one at our highschool in town, Pilchuck, one at HHS, the one where I went years ago, two at the college down the street, Newton Mass, where I was that day....
How can you?????
redredred · M
@Changeisgonnacome did you read the article?
Roadsterrider · 56-60, M
@redredred It is too much trouble to read an article when CNN tells me everything I need to know.

@redredred Hey, maybe read your own damn source:
Uvalde was a mass school shooting; the 26 previous tragedies at schools this year were not.

The difference is significant. Education Week, which tracks all school shootings, defines them as incidents in which a person other than the suspect suffers a bullet wound on school property. Many of the 26 previous shootings involved disputes between students in parking lots, or after athletic events, and all of them resulted in one or zero deaths.
There have in fact been 27 school shootings this year.

@redredred [c=800000]That sounds more accurate. If there were as many as they are claiming, the politicians would have the National Guard on duty at every school in America. [/c]
