@ididntknow As you know MPs are elected. By the population. There's no one boss , actually there's a lot of discussion in Parliament. Between different parties. Migration policies are the results of agreements between the Commission and Parliament. As for interest rates, this is decided by the European Central Bank. Like you have in the USA, with the US Federal Reserve.
