I feel bad for furloughed workers. But I'm happy Democrats are showing the smallest possible semblance of a spine, finally. I wish they had more demands, but at least they are demanding something for the American people.
I am also heartened that a lot of people don't seem to be falling for gop lies such as demands for illegals to get Healthcare. Far too often the past, people took those kinds of lies for granted and didn't think twice about them

@ViciDraco That's a good way of looking at it, me too. I noticed that people are jumping on conservatives for trying to blame undocumented and democrats for the shut down. That did make me feel better about where we stand and that most would disagree
