Criminals that have multiple convictions ie repeat sexual predators to start with

Everybody is entitled to making a mistake but those that continue need hsrsher punishment

@pdockal But who are you to decide what someone is "entitled" to, and what gives you such authority that you should be allowed to go as far as calling for the genital mutilation of someone? Are you an angel? Why shouldn't you be castrated for the ills you have committed against people? You don't think your sleights against people have not caused them harm? What makes you an exception from facing mutilation for your bad actions?

Our penal system doesn't rehabilitate or punish enough to deter & changes need to be made
In a democratic republic i have a say how criminals are dealt with that who i am

@pdockal Actually, I believe and follow no sex before marriage and have turned it down, nevermind wanting to force sex. I believe homosexuality and transgenderism to not simply be wrong, but evil and have never engaged in those acts. I have grounds to be very judgemental of people, yet I'm not calling for what you are. In accordance with my beliefs, you are actually allowing immoral sexual acts yet I am not calling for violence against you.
