On Trump presidential imunity. Expires once the presidency is over.

Presidential immunity exists to allow a sitting (current) president to be able to continue to do their job and its duties without fear of removal DURING their presidency. Once the presidency is over so is the immunity.
Furthermore certain criminality even if "necessary" in preforming ones duties is still criminal and supposed to be avoided to the extent possible.
Therefore while in office the preformance of official duties of the job might and sometimes do require the preformance of not always legal actions.
That is a high bar does it include the acts performed by DJT?
As you may recall the acts of Clinton didnt, but he lied under oath and that was considered 'impechment worthy' yet what Trump did doesnt?
That is all.
Trump was impeached twice.

The DOJ has a policy to not indict a sitting president, but this isn’t a law.

@LeopoldBloom thats sort of what im trying to do. Im trying to shout about this loudly enough that it gets a response from him and those in power, also the SC if even possible.
So far its moving forward.
@jehova The SC is going to send the immunity question back to the lower court, basically to waste time so his trial will be delayed until after the election. And if Trump wins, he'll just pardon himself or tell the DOJ to drop the cases. Those would be the DC and FL cases, although the judge in FL is delaying everything on her own. And the GA case isn't going to be until next year anyway. So it's all on Alvin Bragg to hold Trump accountable.

Let the SC decide

@Patriot96 thats what will happen but trump does love the spot light and wasting everyone elses money. So i guess his end game is to wear everyone out. Until he just walks away because no one has any more money or time to spend dealing with him. Then he doesnt pay his lawyer declares bankruptcy and disappears. Hes done it before. Thats the most likely outcome. AGAIN.
