Second take; public instutions cannot include religious materials as curriculum in school. But civic codes such as a states constitution could be taught.
Therefore if things like murder and theft are illegal. Those commandments of the ten might be taught? No but idk the constitution in Kansas. Obviously no adultry cant be listed bc of the rate of divorce (national) nor the one about coveting a neighbors possessions/spouse (thats off the charts) also covet is a bedrock of capitalism (thatd be counterintutive).
Therefore would they selectively post the 10 commandments? Which ones? And worldwide islam is #1 so whats the balance?
