Just like with military service there should be a compulsory retirement age for political executive elected officials and staff including President/PM

And it should be no more than age 60, which counts out both Trump and Biden.

Here in Australia you cannot serve in the military past about age 60, and you cannot join after about age 50 because of the minimum term of service required for many roles.

Same should apply to political executive positions in governments.
