Should any law be passed to prohibit employers from firing someone just for being on OnlyFans?

My Employer had a policy of no social media activity that called its reputation into question in any way (and that was up to them to define, not the employee) So if you had a public profile in the organisation, or mentioned you worked there, better keep it nice..😷
