@SW-User It's the ultimate in autocratic rule; who is going to program any mechanism that will mean his /her own distruction once that machine has its own way of thinking? No politician or ruler would take that risk. But it's a wet dream for any despot to rid themselves of any opposition. And not just in China, either.
