If government had to confiscate properties of all BLM rioters, would you support your government or fight for rights of protesters ?

I certainly support punishment proportionate to the crime. I'm not sure confiscation of all properties is proportionate for every rioter either left or right. BTW, here are some facts on social demonstrations:

Reid Ross, who holds fellowships at the Centre for Analysis of the Radical Right and Political Research Associates, has been tracking and mapping incidents of harassment, intimidation, and violence involving what he describes as right-wing protesters, counter-protesters, militias and vigilantes since the Minneapolis killing of George Floyd. He has collected nearly 800 incidents, most of which occurred at demonstrations against racism and police violence, though they also include some other hate-related activities that occurred in the same time period. Some have resulted in injury and death.

I would support the confiscation of maga rioter properties but not #BLM peace lovers.

Before that happens, the constitution will need to be re-written.
Here's a better thought, Pass a law forbidding anyone who is not a US citizen from owning property in the US. Likewise, all business not based in the US may not own property either. All properties should be seized and auctioned off and the proceed go to reduce the US deficit.

I doubt most would support that if it really was ALL rioters. For instance the Jan 6th rioters as well as the mass killers, which is another form of rioting.
