The Best America can Hope for

The best thing we as the American Public, Taxpayers, and Consumers can do for ourselves as we look to 2023 figure things out is to get ourselves prepared for what we know is on the horizon. We're definitely on the knife's edge of Decline both Foreign and Domestic, the point is to mitigate whatever the damage that'll come with that.

• We cannot expect Government to solve the very underlying problems that it created to begin with. We certainly cannot expect Government to make anyone whole when the same US Government cannot even balance its own checkbook or secure its own Borders. There's hard work that's going to have to be done to get the United States and its Citizenry out of the Economic and Financial cesspool that's come about. The manufactured Coronavirus Pandemic, the 2020 Roll of the Dice (aka Election), The FTX Scandal, and subsequent Recession has reminded Taxpayers of this fact. There aren't going to be anymore Bailouts from the Government, We The People have to roll up our sleeves and bail ourselves out by doing things the Old Fashioned way and hard work.

• We need truely healthy Free Market Economic and Monetary Policy so American Taxpayers and Consumers can be able to take full advantage of the benefits and keep the Fruits of their own Labor, also able to grow and keep their Wealth.

• We need Foreign Affairs based on what the Founders understood to begin with; Trade, Commerce, and Honest Friendship with other Countries but entangling Alliances with none. A Foreign Policy that Talks, Negotiates with, Trades with, has Cultural exchanges with. We never use Economic Warfare or any Warfare against any Country without a Constitutional Declaration of War from The US Congress first! We treat other Countries the way we ourselves want to be treated. You can't bark about Human Rights when you don't practice it yourself.

Seasons Greetings to all...
• Most importantly, we must have a Limited Constitutional Government that does away with the so called Nanny State. The less Government we have, the more Freedom the People have. The Government that governs least governs best...

The more they cry “freedom,” the louder I hear their chains rattling.

@LeopoldBloom Bobby McGee had it right. "Freedoms just another word for nothing left to lose".. Its like the "Pursuit of Happiness" stuff. Americans took to heart that Happiness is a warm gun and never got past it...Since Americans cant trust the goodwill of their friends and neighbours, they will never be free. Take the average American, add a little pressure and you have an armed person looking for someone to blame.. 😷
@whowasthatmaskedman Please, before you post, think especially in light of a recent tragedy in your country, commenting on Americans and guns [image deleted]

@soar2newhighs Absolutely right.. The three crazy domestic terrorists (who all died in the exchange) had been in contact with a US nut job and taking advice from him for some time. He was even grooming them to bring them to America.. And the police were attending the house on another matter, but were aware of illegal firearms in the possession of one. The firearms had been taken across state lines illegally. If it had been me, I would have taken the SWAT types in immediately.
@whowasthatmaskedman I agree. Bring the resources to effectively deal with the issue.

@soar2newhighs I get that there is a basic cultural difference here. We live in a country where no ordinary citizen feels the need of a firearm to protect themselves. Things are different elsewhere..😷
@soar2newhighs now show some integrity by posting how many gun deaths in Australia every year and America every year.

Go ahead. Show some integrity if you have the courage that is.
@Ryderbike There are more but it happens in countries like Australia and yours too[image deleted] With 300 million as opposed to 38 million there are more shootings. And very likely things will only get worse in Canada too. And the violence in Canada will get worse too. That recent stabbing shows that. Welcome to the real world!
@soar2newhighs per capita , learn what that means
@Ryderbike we do have a homicide rate that is the highest as per your chart. There’s much that could be done to reduce that, but it will not be by curtailing or taking away our 2nd amendment rights. The majority of homicides are by handguns in our major cities by illegal guns. It occurs in major cities and our politicians are afraid to really go after those responsible lest they be called racist. Keep an eye on the chart. Like I said things are only going to get worse especially in Canada. We share a border relatively open and guns come across or are brought across to your side and by the time your authorities are on top
of it, the damage had been done.
And in light of that vicious stabbing, that is now a mindset/ mentality of many young people in your cities and that will only get worse.
Yes you and I disagree but you need to face a reality that is going to smack you in the face if it already hasn’t happened. Canada and it’s people are changing.
@soar2newhighs New York gun deaths per 100,000 population
5,3

Mississippi 28.6

Every red state with the least gun laws has the highest gun death rate in America.

No 1 state for killing cops is Texas
@Ryderbike Gun violence is tragic. Equating it to blue vs. red. That changes nothing.
Tell me, what is the leading killer of cops.
@soar2newhighs I disagree. In red states they have less gun restrictions. Blue states they have more gun restrictions and therefore they have a far less gun death rate. It’s absolute evidence that gun regulations reduce the deaths of people. The better, the regulations the more effective.
@Ryderbike You may use charts and graphs.,You need to see and live the reality of gun violence and violence in major cities in Blue states given your propensity to make it. political. Ergo, I disagree with you.
@soar2newhighs The difference between the United States, and every other country is the gun regulations. The difference between a blue state and a red state is the gun regulations. If you haven’t figured that out yet, then you’re just not a clear thinker Or you’re radicalized into an extremist ideology
@Ryderbike As I said, live the experience and try living in blue states’ major cities. Their “ gun regulations” look good on charts and are feel good panaceas for those who deny the reality of their ( gun laws/ regulations) failures.
This isn’t CANADA. Sadly your days are numbered and what I said about crime snd and gun violence increasing is a reality you need not only face but really need to focus on there unless you want to mirror the U. S.
@soar2newhighs I go by facts .

What’s the basis of your documented evidence? QAnon.
@Ryderbike I see the facts r etyday in news reports. Stop grasping at straws, making remarks about QAnon. It does not do you any good.
@soar2newhighs I based my opinion on evidence and factual information that is available to everyone. What factual information do you base your opinion on? Go ahead.
@Ryderbike Ok, go back and read my last response. They are facts from news reports, unless you don’t believe in what is reported . BTW, the shooting in Toronto, the stabbing there too, you believe the reporting on those events?
You are not going to change my opinion(s) on this issue so don’t waste your time . I say that respectfully.
@soar2newhighs you’re an American

Do you know what your country was doing while my country was at war with Hitler?
