The UN Human Rights Chief said that low risk prisoners who are already granted temporary leave should be able to quarantine at home in order to make the prisons safer, given that they have a home, and a low chance of reoffending.
The Spanish Supreme Court threatened the Catalan prison board, saying that anybody who authorizes the release of one of the Catalan political prisoners will be investigated.
