@Bottlerocket The very expression "all of you" shows binary mentality. How was I deflecting? I simply said the the numbers are adjusted for seasonality in the report and rightly said that Covid would not affect the numbers like you said.

I am addressing your statement that numbers can be manipulated by explaining the above. You came with some rebuttal points which I answered. Plus shouldn't the US be in a war time economy now?

As disasterous as these numbers are, considering the time of year particularly, the REAL disaster will be when the numbers are either changed in context, to report something slightly different, so there is an excuse not to compare then to other numbers. Or even worse, they stop reporting the numbers at all.😷
