Based on extensive historical research and analysis, inequality is a defining, and arguably the most significant, feature of empires, functioning not just as an outcome, but as a structural mechanism for extracting resources across vast territories. Empires create massive wealth disparities between their core and periphery, as well as between elite classes and the general population.
Do you ever wonder what life could be like if the caste system stopped functioning and the oligarchy was unimportant?
I see no evidence that anyone here ever once questioned the US right to crush us all and rule the ruins! So, yup!
