As swirlie (she's on her block kick on me currently) point out, it's incomplete.
What no one wants to point out it leads to an ever greater wealth to the already wealthy.
There is no controls on the wealthy. Especially not constitutionally.
This should be dealt with on the constitutional level. Yet our constitution won't allow it. The wealthy set it up that way.

If he gets paid less than the corn is worth no matter how many extra pieces of corn he picked he'll still get paid less than the worth.
No he cannot enjoy the extra corn, the corn is not his to enjoy.
Only if the farmer decides to give the extra corn to the worker can the worker enjoy any extras he picked.
Generally workers are at a set salary whether it's by the day or hour. So no matter how many extras is picked it wouldn't matter.

No, if he picks extra corn he only gets paid a percentage of what the extra corn is worth, no different than he was paid for the first lot of corn he picked.
The difference is, he sold his time for the acquisition of more money, but his time was worth more than the money he earned by picking that extra corn. This is because he can never renew his total allotment of time on this earth, whereas next year a band new crop of corn will grow from seeds harvested from the previous year's crop, but his lost time is gone forever.
That is not what stimulates the economy, that is what 'placing too low a value on one's time' does to keep a person poor.

wrong...someone invests in land, trucks, tractors, and much other equipment...plants seed and prays for rain...harvests using his tractor and equipment...sells corn at going auction price hoping not to fall too deep in debt.

You sound like an authentic farmer because you actually think like one. Probably the rarest commodity on the face of this earth is a rich farmer.

He doesn’t get the extra corn, the person who owns the field does
