Is History About To Repeat Itself?

Warren Buffet has sold nearly a billion $$$ worth of stock, he keeps selling it off and amassing cash. Are we about to repeat a stock market crash and banking collapse in America? Seems to even be about the same months for it to happen.

I said they were going to make another great depression after the election and the banks were going to close.

The economy is going to look great, then slam nasty hits us.
