How would Trump build the American economy back up to what it was when Obama was POTUS?

Republicans and MAGA cultists, please outline to me how a man who has never done a legitimate business deal in his career would build America back up to the power house that it was during Obamas presidency. I say Obama because Trump inherited Obamas economy.
