Biden the best Labor President since FDR

• First President to stand the picket line with Union workers while the other guy said they should be fired

• Antitrust enforcement has surged. Monopoly busting has begun with the FTC, the Antitrust Division of Justice, and the NLRB without much notice in the press.

• Efforts to form unions have been protected and encouraged.

• 800k new manufacturing jobs

• Wages increased 3.8%

Lmao

Leftists continue to try and speak positive results into existence.

Wage increase is still half what it needs to keep up with inflation.
Which 'new' manufacturing jobs are there? Ones that didn't previously exist...
Unions aren't a good thing anymore, bc they extort companies and actually lead to automation and offshoring.
@easterniowegin inflation 3.1%, wages 3.8%. Wrong again

@JonLosAngeles66 So you don't understand how inflation reports work. Just like brandon expecting prices to decline bc inflation rate dropped for a couple months.

Monthly year-over-year comparisons of inflation have been over 9% in the last 3 yrs. Did wages ever do that??
We are FAR behind the cumulative inflation rates.
@easterniowegin watch another YouTube video.

@JonLosAngeles66 about what? Which of my comments did you not understand?

Why begin a discussion if you don't understand the topic??
@easterniowegin asks
Did wages ever do that??
Ever since Reagan, wages have lagged worker productivity. But let's blame it all on Biden, RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT

@ElwoodBlues
A) there was no previous mention about productivity vs wages here. I'm talking about inflation.
B) do you realize that reagan didn't take office until '81? This was right in the middle of carter's shitshow. At least carter no longer is the worst potus...joe relieved him of that.
@easterniowegin Carter wasn't the worst. He was President after the Energy Crisis hit us hard in 1973 and destroyed the West...

*He* was right about energy; if we'd started a Moon-shot-like project to get off of petroleum, etc., back then, we'd be much better off now.

And he got Begin and Sadat talking.

You really have to review your history.
@easterniowegin
I'm talking about inflation.
Yes, and yet republicans have fought attempts to raise the minimum wage which is an important way to protect the least skilled workers against inflation. Blaming Biden for what republicans blocked?? CUTE!!
no previous mention about productivity vs wages
Restricting the debate to inflation is cherry-picking. The general topic is loss of middle class purchasing power, and it very much started under Reagan, despite your risible attempts to blame it all on Carter. (What? You don't recall Jerry Ford's "Whip Inflation Now" campaign?)

He didn't take office for 4 years after that. I won't even say nice try

Your slavish devotion to undeserved characters is embarassing

I gave up on the leftist apologists on this site years ago. None of them understand anything beyond msnbc.
