Well, I knew my bid would be higher than most

State rejected all bids and is allowing original bidders to resubmit. I actually don't want the job but it comes with free advertising.... Do to the uncertainty of fuel prices and the economic situations my bid will remain the same but subject to a 10% rebate if contract is awarded prior to 12/01/22.
