Is that constitutional to issue pardons for crimes they may have committed

@Patriot96 good question. Ford sort of opened the door with the Nixon pardon. But I don't know if the constitutionality of a preemptive pardon has ever been tested.
Also...do pardons protect against treason and crimes against humanity?
Lastly...if it's proven that the 2020 election was stolen, and that Biden was illegitimate, are the pardons valid?
