@4meAndyou Well done, laws that are decided upon get documented? Various different things across history and different cultures have at times been declared illegal, and other times not. Therefore, who is this objective grand arbiter of which legal system had it right, and which criminals are actually criminals. I'll pay you the compliment of assuming this to not be over your head.

@Aami1 We appoint judges to administer the law, and district attorneys to prosecute the law. In a PERFECT world, the law would be administered AS WRITTEN. In an imperfect world, judges sometimes twist the law. THAT is why we have legal processes of appeal. Eventually, disputed cases end up at the Supreme Court of the United States, which, in this country, takes precedence over the rulings of ALL lower courts.

God, of course, the greatest judge of ALL, has no official jurisdiction in THIS world.
