It's most definitely here. They are as cowardly as they come. They always wear masks to hide behind and they only attack in packs. They don't have the nerve to meet anyone face to face.
@Musicman ONE thing that will help is if we make it illegal for anyone to wear a ski mask in public, unless they are skiing, or we are in the midst of a blizzard.
