If they don’t cut a deal soon, I think he will. The guy doesn’t bluff.

@carpediem that's part of the problem, cutting deals... with a corrupt terrorist government. Every time a previous administration has made a deal with them, it involved giving them money that only got spent funding more terrorism.

At this juncture I think there's about a 60-70% chance that Trump will give the go ahead for the US military to strike Iran's nuclear enrichment sites spread out at Bushehr, Natanz, Parchin, Arak and Fordow. At about 5:24 in this video is an example of how this may be achieved using bunker busting heavy munitions like the GBU-57 Massive Ordinance Perpetrators (MOPs) capable of penetrating 200ft of re-inforced concrete:

@PatKirby I agree. He has the weaponry in the region.

@wildbill83 Absolutely. They had better adjust their expectations. Trump isn’t the whiny liberal weakling they’re used to dealing with.

The consequences of eliminating or at least laying waste to these enrichment sites are manifold and do several things. Beyond the obvious of nullifying the regime, it renders the mullahs powerless and impotent, it places them in a weakened position back to the negotiating table with demands curtailed, shows China (who's definitely watching closely) who's got the superior/sophisticated firepower and is willing to use it in defense of a pre-emptive attack on Taiwan, and unburdens the Iranian people 90% of which hate this regime but can't get rid of them. I've room mated with brothers from Iran and they can't stand these out of control mullahs.

The crown prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi (heir to the late Mohammad Reza Shah), has made an appeal to directly deal with the Iranian people instead of the mullahs at the table so they're definitely waiting in the wings.

@PatKirby I know a few Iranians and they’re wonderful people. It would be fantastic to see Iranians rise up during the chaos and regain control from the fanatical maniacs. Caution to Trump, whatever W did in Iraq, do the opposite.

What I recall most is the excellent and healthy food, friendship, laidback, down to earth living, honor and respect. Yeah these are good people, it's the theocratic mullahs that have tightened their super strict philosophy that's strangling them. So yeah they've been pretty upset for a long time.
