he did injure a dude and should pay for that Now american system is rather fucked but these are the people who want us dead so its iffy. He is a victim of circumstance with his father being linked to many terrorist groups but that does not excuse his crime.

@MetalGreymon They are not terrorists and us soldiers are under strict laws and soldiers code while terrorists goal is to evoke terror and they attacks civilians and innocent people like 9/11 for example or any number of attack we have seen this year from the truck attacks and mass shooting

No evidence to that effect was presented during his trial.
All we know for sure is that he was a 15 year old accused of killing a soldier during a firefight.
Are you assuming his guilt in the absence of evidence? Is he guilty until proven innocent?
