If the system forces the resignation of the POTUS, then the system works splendidly! There are a ton of examples of this.

I was a child, but I fail to see the relevance to law. The law is the law. The judicial system does not change for the president. Your comment in another part of this thread was more appropriate as the laws and precedents can be quite different based on the country laws, but it has no bearing on one's age.
