So the US is in Syria without the permission of the Syrian government

And have the gall to be training rebel forces on Syrian land, and in order to maintain their foothold on a strategic location, they preemptively attack forces supposedly lead by Iran (who did have permission from the Syrian government to be in the country) because they entered "an agreed-upon non-conflict zone".

I'd it just me, or is the only force creating conflict the US? I'm not crazy, right?

there is no Syrian government, any entity that kills over half a million of its own citizens has lost all legitimacy and therefore is null and void - the only question now is what legitimate "authority" will emerge to try to bring this awful situation to an end and rebuild the country , a more important question is why has the world for the most part allowed this slaughter and inhumanity to continue , shame on us all

@scorpio500: You're horribly misinformed if you think Assad is responsible for killing civilians. The deaths are a result of the conflict we're creating by arming rebels to overthrow the sovereign government.

@Invisible: so, he didn't use chemical weapons ?? on his own people, he hasnt bombed his own cities??? are you not seeing that ??? and besides, when the war started we werent arming anyone , remember that President Obama didnt want to get involved - you are really saying that Assad has NOT killed ANY of his own people ???? you seriously believe that, he has an air force that routinely bombs and destroys his own cities, you don't think ANY civilians are dying in those bombs, really ???

@LvChris: I agree that for purposes of stability, a dictator, which is what Assad is, is better for stability in that region than others, but , seriously, please tell me you're joking, there was no fair election, and the "yada, yada, yada" comment is great if you're thousands of miles away from bombs dropping over your head , he HAS killed thousands of his own citizens, i suppose , as you said "everyone should leave him alone" and just let him attack his own people - women and children - with chemical bombs, brutally kill them, yeah, that's a good idea, lets's just leave him alone, let him kill his entire population and preside over a country with no citizens that's been bombed back to the stone age -
