How do oil lobbyists live with their actions?

They have got want they wanted (and paid for) with Trump pulling out of the Paris agreement on climate change. Obviously these people are too smart to think climate change is a hoax or think the denialism they fund is anything different to propaganda. Obviously its about money. Oil tycoons see their share price go up and pay the lobbyist a bonus. Surely they have kids and grand kids though?

@Burnley123: The United States has spent 3 billion dollars on the green climate fund with a goal of 100 billion by 2020 from developed countries to undeveloped countries. Of course more money will be needed.
