When Trump gets impeached do you think we'll be better off with Mike Pence? Why, or why not?

The question is, when Trump doesn't get impeached will the unhinged left go completely over the edge?

@katielass: I don't think they ll go unhinged. I mean the people in Russian have accepted the corruption of the government and subjugation of the press. I suppose we can learn to accept it too over time.

@JThomp035: It isn't a question of will the left become unhinged, they already are. The question is will they completely break with reality. Right now they're hanging by a thread. And as for corruption, our government is no more corrupt today than it was 6 months ago, probably less so. At least someone is trying to uncorrupt it and is facing an onslaught of hate for it. But the bigger issue is you seem to have forgotten, assuming you ever learned, that you don't impeach a president because you don't like him. He must do something impeachable and that does not seem likely. Not likely at all.

Obstruction of justice. You can't ask the head of the FBI to not investigate you. And then you can't brag about firing him and admitting bc he was investigating you. That is against the law.

@JThomp035: We have no evidence that he did and in this country we don't judge people guilty until we have evidence. You seem to have fallen prey to someone playing mind games with you.

You are right in the sense there must be an investigation to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt as far as the impeachment process will go but the facts are already out there. It s sort of like the bill Cosby case...Does anyone really think Bill Cosby is innocent just because he hasn't gone to trial yet? I think we know he's guilty so now we are just awaiting due process... It seems like you are suspending disbelief to continue supporting the man. I understand these things take time...

@JThomp035: The standard is beyond a reasonable doubt. And the only "facts out there" are that there is no evidence of anything. I have no idea whether Bill Cosby is guilty or innocent. And you don't either. You're mistaken, I don't support trump. I voted for him but only to vote against her. I'm not alone in that. But I will defend him when he's being unfairly persecuted because I'm a fair person. It says a lot about you that you are sure Cosby is guilty without knowing any of the facts. And you seem to be equally sure of trump's guilt without any evidence of his guilt. Yep, says a lot about you, not them. I hope you are never wrongly accused.
