Do criminals in any "gun free" nations still find ways of getting and using weapons?

This is a serious question as I have zero knowledge on the subject in other nations being I do not live there.

You don't have an expert, If you can add one and one, you should know the answer,
The more guns that are around the more people are going to get shot,
You see that from the country's who don't have them
