Was Trump being a gentleman when he grabbed Theresa May's hand?

It must be a nightmare being a female head of state and having to deal with Trump. Shaking his hand and talking to him on a one on one basis, constantly having to fight your own panick reaction and survival instinct. Not clenching either a pepper spray box or a panick alarm in your hand at all times. I can only admire the courage the women must have.
