Do u strongly believe that the US is past its prime ?

I think that even in a post recession 911 world the US still remains strong. We started the industrial revolution. And if we didnt we sure as hell to it to the next level with our innovative technology. We had the nifty 20s. The roaring 50s. And then came the 1990s. The age of the dotcom boom. Given where we are right now do you believe that America is past her prime

@Zonuss: I say that because the things that I grew up on, those things that provided stability, continuity, security have been thrown up in the air and in the past couple of months. I don't feel I can depend on those now like could the first 50 years of my life. It will get more difficult. Trump has put things in motion that promise instability.
