The Starlink military link to Ukraine was throttled down, making it impossible for Ukraine to track incoming Russian missiles/drones.
The US military said: not our doing.
Musk said: I don't control this thing, the DOD does, and it makes sense, because he's a civilian and civilians do not give military orders, and certainly do not have authority to conduct war on behalf of the USA.
