She was sentenced to 33 months in prison for her participation in tRUMP’s January 6, 2021 insurrection and later benefited from his full pardon. Now she wants reimbursement for her “pain and suffering.”

By the way, the 140 Capitol police officers who were injured (and the families of those who have since died) have not yet received any compensation although the injured officers have a legal case pending.
Jamie Raskin (D — MD [8th Congressional District]) introduced his bill on May 13, 2026 to address this horrific miscarriage of justice. I am unable to verify its current status.
I think it's hilarious. Almost every jan 6ther who was pardoned have gotten picked back up for child abuse crimes, domestic violence and drunk driving.
Trump is basically paying terrorists and they are getting free money to go to do stuff to people and get rearrested. Kinda hilarious.

In that video notice the lady says (after she seems to be making a case that she isn’t the same woman now that she was on January 6) that she’d do the exact same thing again today!
