What is it with all the blocking?

Apparently "some people" can't handle varying view points on a subject.
To me this only seems to happen to me from the lefty snowflakes, does anyone get blocked by the conservative types on here?

Yes, me neither. However, there is a difference in blocking for opposing views and blocking for name calling or verbal abuse.
